It is the process of creating or altering an existing community in an effort to make the community stronger. In a modern context, this usually means attracting new people to a community, reaching out to older or inactive community participants to bring them back into the fold, or giving more opportunities for current community participants to engage with one another.
This process involves dealing with audience’s comments and concerns, it’s also involves content creation and content management.
It seems as though people are always saying there’s no conclusive definition of community management. It is true the definition will vary from start up, to non-profit, to agencies, and corporations.
